简历:

朱磊,昆明医科大学附属第三医院(云南省肿瘤医院)助理研究员,博士毕业于中国科学院昆明动物研究所,于云南大学完成博士后研究工作,擅长多组学生信分析,长期专注肠道微生物组学及其在人类健康和疾病中的作用。以(共同)第一作者或(共同)通讯作者身份发表SCI论文十余篇,研究成果为理解肠道微生物与宿主健康的相互关系提供了见解。

研究方向:

研究方向立足于肠道微生物整合生物学,旨在通过跨学科、多组学的整合研究,探究肠道微生物与宿主在协同进化过程中如何响应环境压力,并解析其调控宿主肿瘤发生、发展或抗性的微生态机制,最终为基于肠道微生物的肿瘤预防与表型定向干预策略提供坚实的理论依据和独特的微生物基因资源。
